Almost May
Hello everyone. sorry I have been bad with this. I am not sure when the photos will be up but hopefully sometime soon. The internet connection in Spain is not that great so it has been some things difficult and annoying.
On another note, I am starting to be reminded of what it is like to be a real student. I have to write 5 papers and have 5 exams which I am not happy about. Although 1 paper is able to be written in English on an English book. I am done with half my classes the 14th and the other half towards the end of May. I am looking forward to coming back but at the same time have really enjoyed being here.
Another exciting piece of news is that a friend and I are going to Morocco. Unfortunetly it is only for 48 hours because he is going to eastern Europe. I was told that I could only go to Morocco if I went with at least one other boy so I am taking what I can get but am excited nonetheless.
It is starting to get warmer here which is nice but I wish it would stay a little cooler longer. We had class canceled Monday because it was the patron saint of our Faculty. Spain is weird like that. We also have Friday off for a fiesta of the communidad de Madrid, also known as labor day. It’s nice that they have all these breaks. It makes the semester really short. Anyways, I can’t think of much else exciting going on!
Thank you for listening to your mother! Will your friend Kristina be with you too?

Keep hand sanitizer with you at all times. I think I left some there. And have fun!!!!

Be careful in Morocco we don’t want you to end up in a harem.

Hi, Caitlin. Morocco–how romantic! Perhaps we should schedule a viewing of Casablanca at the upcoming family reunion in honor of your trip. Good luck with all the mental work between now and your return.
